On Eden AI, you need to buy credits that you can spend to make requests for any features. All technologies are billed with a pay-per-use model and each provider has a specific price.

You can see your available credits in the top right corner near your account.

If the available credits are low, you will not be able to make requests for any features. Then you will either have to buy credits or you can set up auto-refill of credits. By this method, the credits will be automatically refilled and billed to your card when the available credits go below a certain limit of your choice.

To use this feature, go to the Billing menu and turn on the Auto-Refill Credits option under Billing Settings.

Once this option is turned on, you can set a threshold limit (minimum credits below which the auto-refill happens) of your choice and the amount that you want to refill. You can also set a monthly auto refill limit which will limit the total number of refills in a month to a certain amount of your choice.

Click save once all the data is entered. Next time your credits goes below the threshold, it will be automatically refilled.
