Eden AI works with prepaid credits. The card on your account pays for your credit purchases (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay).
Add or replace your card
Under Payment method, click Add a card (or Replace to change the current one).
Enter your card details and save.
Auto-refill card
Auto-refill is funded by the auto-refill card, shown on the same page. It is the owner's card and is used for the whole organization; any billing manager can change it. Without it, auto-refill stops. See Auto-Refill Credits.
Other ways to pay
The same page lists the other options, such as PayPal or buying credits through AWS Marketplace. Bank transfer is available on request: contact us through the chat.
